This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Be sure to read about the program on the Programs tab before registering.

Registration concludes on February 11th. 

For players currently in grades 4th - 8th

Registration Fee:  $150* (Includes jersey, mouth piece, soft shell helmet, insurance) 

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ACH Bank Account information available.

Refunds will be given prior to the close of the late registration period, minus an administration fee of $30.00.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ONCE REGISTRATION IS CLOSED.
